The 1st SEED program in Vietnam was held at the Tan Lap village near HCMC (the 6th SEED Program in Southeast Asia). ALN Executive Director, Prof Chong, was a Visiting Professor at the Banking University
1st SEED Program in North Vietnam:

Asia Research Centre, University of St Gallen:
This program was held at the Vu Linh Commune, Yen Bai Province in North Vietnam in collaboration with ITB where two Master degree classes taught by Prof. Chong, each at the University of St Gallen and the ITB, came together in Vietnam for the SEED program
